This course has been designed for people with leadership or management responsibilities for workers who are working directly with adults, and/or are the named lead or designated professional for their organisation or setting.
Aim:
- To help you to think critically and carefully about the management of safeguarding issues in your setting
- To feel more confident in carrying out the responsibilities for safeguarding in your role
- To provide the opportunity for people to learn and work together, exploring professional dilemmas in a multi-agency context
Suitable for: All staff who oversee the work of others, for example, Safeguarding Leads, Practice Supervisors, Managers, Senior Care/Support staff, Trustees, Human Resources Managers/Recruiters etc.
