Trainer: Claire Tinker MSc

Claire has an MSc in Health Psychology (University of Bath) and is passionate about both data collection in the TRC and also secondary trauma.  She  has a psychology degree and a masters in Health Psychology. She works at the TRC in the senior management with responsibilities for HR, data and operations.

 Learning Objectives: by the end of the day it is envisaged that delegates will:

  1. Have an understanding of chronic toxic stress and secondary trauma
  2. Understand the impact it has on the health of the mind, body, emotions
  3. Managing stress, building resilience and strategies to avoid secondary trauma
  4. Creating a healthy mind and body from a behaviour change perspective, with key areas to focus on: exercise, food and self care.
